Smart device is a fairly common use in the world. However Turkey is not yet fully improved in this regard although the researches show that Turkey is in an improvement progress.

When we look at the use of social networking, Turkey is one of the top countries in the world ranking with the Facebook and Twitter using. 34 percent of smart device users in Turkey access to social networks as mobile also. The application usage is also very efficient. 31 percent of smart device owners download applications.
Turkey also shows improvement in the use of
new technologies. According to graphs, 10 of 100 smart phone users used mobile
payment system at least once. QR code applications not much yet tested by
users. QR code use is at the bottom by the 9 percent but it seems to open
development.
According to the research which provides information about the use of applications most commonly used applications are, photography, sports and entertainment.
The results of this study give us information about Turkey's public profile even though it is not correct to get certain results from this. However it can be a source for sectoral studies with the information like the trends and interests of the users for sure. Again it is obvious that this research would lead to developments in the field of applications and web design.
